You're seriously coming all the way from Dubai with no ride and an early pass? I live in SF and am leaving saturday by noon hopefully with plenty of room in my truck. If you're really in dire straits, well I could use some more help with gas money.

With an early entry pass to meet my camp mates in Reno..... I wasnt sure when, if I was going to be able to come until the last minute. Would love to come drive with you. I am very easy going and willing to help with anything you need. I leave from Dubai in the next 10 hrs. If not you then Greyhound or my thumb! Rock on! Destiny awaits Blondie!

Well, why not I guess. I have a 20 foot box truck and a roommates campmate along as well. Main goal is to get to the playa by dusk or even before. I have no space shortage and the truck, while hauling some gear will have a couch and bed and is open to the cab so someone will get a cushy ride and someone gets to keep me company.

It shouldn't be too big a deal to stop in Reno, but I would hope it's a quick detour and won't take too long. Or you can go the distance, either way. Shouldn't need too much help, maybe some last minute loading if anything, just a good playa spirit and that's bout it.

I live in the Mission, pretty close to the airport actually. Cab is still $30 to my place since it is, after all, San Francisco. Or BART is close as well. Super Shuttle is a good alternative and costs somewhere in between.
