Talked to the muffler place and they think they can do it if I can make a cardboard pattern. But before I can template anything, I’ve got to focus on creating the reverse gear assembly since the exhaust could be a tight weave around that area.

Those blue frame rail extensions are massive -- 3/16 wall -- so I do not expect it to sag in the middle.
And although the overall length will be close to 40 feet, much of that length is unaccessible, so I don't expect to carry more than 10 or 12 people. And the 500 pound piano.
The first boat is becoming surprisingly light now that most of it has been removed!
So there will be just the shells of the boats, and the floor that we stand/sit/dance on will be supported dirrectly on the chassis frame rails.
I think. Work still in progress.
