Hooper looking to hook up with other hooper's for performances & fun. Love to glow hoop & hoop dance, maybe we should coordinate a synchronized hoop dance? My partner is willing an able to DJ a set if a group of hooper's would be interested in dancing!

i plan to bring my homemade hoop (plus a couple extra to give to worthy hips) and hoop up a [dust]storm! if you have a camp i will hoop on over with my hip-swinging entourage. tell the dj to play sex machine and i will surely be there!
i have only made opaque hoops out of irrigation tubing... do you know and will you share how to make the glow hoops?

I have been regular hula hooping for a long time and am looking at getting into the LED and fire hooping. I should be getting one before this summer and bringing it to BRC with me.

I'd be down to host a Hoop Night at the 'Gon, we have a stage & a Kick butt Sound System. We were at 3:00 & Esplanade last year, and hope to return there again!

To answer the question about glow hoops...the one in the picture was created by connecting 3-4 glow sticks (depending on the brand some are skinnier and more flexible than others) in a straight line then wrapping them around your hoop in a figure 8 pattern. You will end up with as many as 10 figure 8 sections for an average size adult hoop. This method gets you the most color, the fastest, without tape or taking apart your hoop. Collapsible hoops made with clear tubing can also be stuffed.

Camp: the spin cycle

there are usually hoopers at center camp, especially at quiet times.

Also check out hoop city for glow hoop reviews.. there is quite a good one for $100 with default colours. its nice to have a proper one and not have to replace the glowsticks all the time.
