what is your Burning Man 2010 art installation missing? An engine or two from the Space Shuttle! Being given away free by NASA to whoever comes and hauls them off their premises.

here's hoping we'll see one on the playa!

Hahaha, I thought I was the only one who thought this was a good idea :P.

Ill delete my post.

Arg, maybe not, can't figure out how to delete post. Ohh well, maybe we could have 2 snarky conversations about who has the biggest fire side by side.

You can't delete posts or threads here. You have ~1 hour after making your post to edit it.

Someone on another Burningman related board has suggested purchasing them to make a very, very fast merry-go-round.

I find the idea...intriguing.

What's up with that anyway?
I can edit posts on all the other forums I'm on.

At one point this board was beset by socks and others who would post, wait until others reacted, and then change posts. It's kinda mind-f*cky to do that.

Why do I feel the sudden urge to eat herring? Lots and lots of herring?

On other forums they just kick those people off.

When they locked editing on a board I was on, they lost the most active 600 people in a week.

Sort of like when DVD Burner came skulking over to this board a few years back.
