Newbie here.. LOVE the idea out of all I've browsed.
Im not sure if it's allowed since they kind of shun away from 'advertisements'... but I LOVE LOVE LOVE my 5 hour energy shots for hangovers.. Anyone ever try them?

One of those and a Gatorade, I'm always ready for round two. :)

I know, i know,,,, MoM is dehydrating, but constipation is so fucking wicked!!

Grapefruit juice is the best preventative of kidney stones

Brown sugar (3 pinches) and salt (2 pinches) in a quart of water is the best for dehydration due to the shits. It tastes like chicken broth.

vitamin c is a good anti-oxidant to help neutralize some of the toxic effects of the alchohol on the brain... but mostly preventative and not necessarily of a healing nature.

vitamin A, you have to be carefull with. it's one of the 4 fat soluble vitamins (ADEK), one can have too much.

im afraid of them... every one i know that has tried them complains of a bad niacin flush. red in the face and feverish temperatures.

alchohol serves as a natural diahrretic. drink more and be merry.

also, as a suggestion, you may want to be carefull when making suggestions pertaining to over the counter medicine. it's probly better to avoid exploring the grey areas of prescribing medicine of the playa.
let people pick out thier own products.

I have been quietly not saying this, and am glad you spoke up. It did look like skirting the whole "practicing medicine without a lisence" thing awful closely, but my own knowledge of the boundaries wasn't good enough to offer advise or even to want to be involved with the question. Sticky wicket.

Well, maybe just B12 and the vitamins needed.. Or just a very, generalized Multi vitamin to be helpful if some want?

Be sure to keep the original bottle incase some may have allergies?
