DON'T PANIC CAMP - LOOKING FOR A FEW GOOD PEEPS!

Post by GAC » Tue Jul 13, 2010 11:37 am

You have your Burning Man tickets, your costume ideas and camping gear but haven’t figured out where to camp – Don’t Panic! Our creative group is looking for a few good peeps to join our camp for fun on the playa.

Our camp has an emphasis on friendship and community on and off the playa. Activities include the Bad Poetry Slam, Socrates Café gatherings and other Metropolis musings and misnomers.

We still have a few spots open. If you are looking for a friendly creative camp where everyone knows you by name. This is the camp for you.

Only if one wishes for the extra feeling of security. New technologies in recent years has lead to the advancement of the hitchhiking ring. Now build to deflect the deeds of evil minds as well as attract friendly galactic beings. However, we are anxiously awaiting the arrival of the next model which includes the additional feature of environmentally friendly flame resistance (expected to arrive on planets everywhere in the year 11200).

What if my poetry is really bad.. I mean really, truly horrendous. What then? I don't trust my internal organs to defend you!
It was better next year. -Burners

The volume of boos will most likely drown out your words thereby protecting the audience from mass hemorrhaging. So I think all will be dandy.

You still have room for a couple of people coming up from Louisiana? I'll be driving in late Saturday the 28th or early Sunday the 29th, will you be set up by then? Happy to lend a hand, my wife will be joining me a few days later.
