Texas burn freight HELP!
Texas burn freight HELP!
Hey all!
My camp has had a bizarre snafu with our stage. The builder now can't come and the stage is stuck in Texas.
Is there a Texas truck that is coming out that might have space for it in exchange for funds/gas support and/or meal plan?

Do you have a truck and need a driver, or are you BOTH driverless and truckless?
Gonna be hard getting a truck this late... PLUS it helps to know how much of what you're wanting to move. Oh yeah, and WHERE in Texas??? BIG state yer talking...
Finding a burner group that has an extra body to drive your truck would be way more likely than finding a truck with room coming out from/to, and in the area of whatever it is you're lugging.
You may end up rethinking your stage this year - sux, but it's a hard call, esp, out of Tx - if I were, I'd be leaving tomorrow, not next week.
Good luck,
bb

It's in Dallas and I understand it could fit in the back of a big truck.
We are unfortunately driverless and truckless! Our entire crew is from San Francisco but we had one mutual friend from Dallas who was a construction guy who fabricated us this awesome stage!
We do have some funds to help if a place is short on funds but has some extra space.

we're looking at uship and maybe flying a camper out there or finding a needy burner who wants a bm ticket (same cost) i've contacted the dallas regional as well to see if there are any large freights about to leave with room where we can offer some money and help lighten their financial load for it.
its 544 cubic feet. It is a couple of thousand pounds as its a lot of welded steel.
thanks everyone.. I'm feeling the care and love!
