Tabasco yes!Never fear, I have eight dozen more and some sweet pickling spice. I'm going to formulate my own sweet brine and pickle them. The spice blend includes cloves, allspice, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, and brown sugar. They should be really tasty. Does anyone like tabasco sauce? I'm thinking about making a few dozen sweets with TS in there too. They are so mmmmm good!
