SNAKEPIT bicycle club Inaugural Year 2011!

We are starting a bicycle club theme camp. It should be a modest sized camp, but is easily expanded. We're seeking members, collaborators, and help in any form!

Projects / Interactivity

-We will be providing bicycle repair as well as a DIY bicycle repair station.
-We will be taking measures to prevent and disuade bicycle theft across all of BRC
-We will bring at least 100 (hopefully many more) blank luggage tags for people to use- Lable your bike with your name, playa address, and default world phone number and you just might get that stolen bike back.

-I also plan on building at least one small jump (with fire effects) for cheap thrills, and perhaps an entire obstacle course.

Camp Details / Layout

There will be no communal kitchen, all members responsible for their own kitchen, meals and dishes, however lets feel free to coordinate and share meals/kitchens amongst ourselves if we wish! Potluck style feasts will be strongly encouraged!

We will have a communal shaded hang out area, and I'd love to build some sort of 10-20' high observation tower for the camp.

There will probably be some camp dues, but small, perhaps $20 per person, to cover the cost of our communal shade and tower.

There will be a communal "hang out" shade structure, but you will be responsible for shading your tent / living quarters.

We will be getting motorcycle club style back patches made (probably screen printed rather than embroidered to keep cost down), and members are encouraged to wear their patch with pride

We'd love to include some members from outside our close friends! Anyone feel free to contact me!
- Bicycle mechanics for our service station( i can do this but the more the merrier)
- Carpenters/ people who can build wood things
- People with trucks / vans / trailers / bike racks (transport to and from BRC)
- Welders
- Sewers / costume makers

- Musicians
-(optional) Someone who is fucking rich and wants to spend some $
