Hello Theme Camp organizers!
Do you get potable water delivered on the playa? Who do you use? We have a 300 gallon storage tank that I'd like to get filled on playa.
Thanks in advance,

That would be a big resounding no (as far as I'm aware). Fill your tank before you get there..

Actually, my understanding is that there is at least one vendor on playa who does this. We're getting water delivered (via BORG) for early build crew this year, so I know it is possible. Just trying to get it done to help the theme camp.junglesmacks wrote:That would be a big resounding no (as far as I'm aware). Fill your tank before you get there..

Carrying 300 gallons of water is in from town is an ugly proposition -- that's 2700 lbs and it is, of course, not moving from that trailer when you do it.

Check past issues of the JRS (Jack Rabbit Speaks) newsletter, I think information was either made available there, or on the playa resource guide that went up a few weeks ago.

Wow.. stand me corrected. From the latest Earth Guardian updated grey water page found here: https://sites.google.com/site/evapotron ... and-advice
"For delivery of fresh water in volume, contact Meco in Reno at 775-475-2602."
