Help for identification of 2001 art installation

Does someone know the title and the creator of this art installation in 2001?
There is nothing in the BM archives and a Google search was unsuccessful.

No idea, but I wonder if they were inspired by the underwear I made for the Man and hung on a clothesline in 1998.
