Room for Rent in Los Angeles (valley)

Looking for a friendly Burner(s) for housemate(s). We have just secured a 4 bedroom 2 bath house and we are renting out 2 of the rooms (plus a bathroom) - well, secured if we can get the right housemates.

It is a 2000 sq foot house with plenty of space and the back yard has a rock waterfall. It is located in the West Valley/West Hills area of the San Fernando Valley in a nice neighborhood. We are bending over backwards to make sure we get this house and are hoping and praying that it all falls into place.

Right now, it is just me and my husband (no kids) and 2 dogs (well the dogs are our kids!).

We are renting the rooms for $1100 for both rooms plus $2200 for deposit.
The rent is regardless of whether you are one or two people. The important thing to us is to have housemates that understand us, and who better than a Burner for that.

Our lease will be long term with the owners but your lease with us can be flexible so you do not have to commit to long term.
