Aside from the regionals, which don't cover all regions...as far as an online resource..
Is there any common directory or resource where Burners that want to make contact with other burners can post or link?
I would like to hang with burners that may be in Klamath Falls, Medford, Central Point, or Ashland. Haven't been able to find any.

I'm in Williams, there's a few burners out this way and another group that I know of in Ashland. As far as an online resource for Southern Oregon burners, I don't think that one exists (yet).
We sometimes organize events and parties out in Williams or the Applegate, nothing on the radar right now. Check out The Imagination Station in Ashland: https://www.facebook.com/AshlandImaginationStation. Most of those guys are Burners and they have a community artistic creation space set-up. They usually have weekly and monthly parties and events.
Also, If you're not already aware the Oregon Regional SOAK is July 10-13th in Tidewater, OR. My Gf and I are planning on going and possibly some more folks from the area, you should too! It is the same weekend as Country Fair but will be much cooler...

No, we don't have a public directory of burners by location.
Get in touch with or connect with the nearest regional and check their social networking connections. While you may not be interested in the smaller/local/in-town stuff, the bigger events are often worth the trip and there is often mention of events or happenings in the surrounding area. On social networks there are opportunities to post and connect with those in outlying areas.
