On the regionals page it shows that there's a Columbus regional group, and there's also a southern Ohio group - you may want to check into whether either has a mailing list or site they use to connect.

There is still a pretty active group in Cincinnati and elsewhere in SE Indiana. I've personally never remembered any group ever in Columbus. The FB group is your best bet over the official email lists. Those have been dead for years.
I have a little bit of Savannah with me. Shhh...
