Native Potluck (un)Thanksgiving Brunch (San Francisco) November 23rd, 2023

Post by kitten_sf » Thu Nov 16, 2023 11:49 am

Native Solidarity Project is looking for volunteers from the Burning Man community to join our "Food is Love" team, which is cooking (un)Thanksgiving dinner for about a dozen visiting Paiutes from Pyramid Lake & the Black Rock Desert region who are coming to San Francisco for the Alcatraz Island Sunrise Ceremony on November 23rd. They will be staying at the Waller Center for 4 days starting on Wednesday, which has a full commercial kitchen where our volunteer team will cook up the donated produce we have secured. We've decided to take advantage of the large facilities and are inviting the community to join us.

It's going to be a good time. Want to help us cook? See flyer below & contact Rampaige to volunteer at 602-909-3638. thank you!
