1) Anyone has any idea for the theme and dates in 2007?
2) Ways to get to Burning Man Festival from Quebec, Canada? (I do not know how to drive!!!)

Hi. I'm from Montreal, Canada. I just discovered about the existence of the Burning Man Festival from reading Around the World in 80 dates by Jennifer Cox (I'm still on page 185). I'm currently completing a 2nd degree and I wanted to plan a way to celebrate this accomplishment. This event and the resulting experience might be the ideal project to fete this milestone.

I will be trolling the guides for virgins both on this forum and the burning man website....

I believe the new dates are Aug. 27th to Sept. 3rd. The theme is The Green Man, emphasis on the enviroment. For travel help, I would suggest finding burners in your area. There is a spot on this site for ride share (saw it once, not sure exact location).

I just got back from my virgin burn a couple of days ago. I LOVED IT. I've already started thinking about next year. I would suggest reading all the preparation material on this site. Bring the best chapstick money can buy and a camelpack (I wished I would have, my chapstick was awful).
