Austin Welcomes NOLA burners and others

Dallas and Houston are largely tapped-out in their ability to handle more people, but Austin is continuing to welcome evacuees. The Austin burner community is already volunteering at relief operations.

Our community is working on developing shelter opportunities for those with alternative lifestyles and working with relief agencies to make these opportunities available evaccues already in Austin.

Austin has a strong and active burner community and if you are from NOLA and are now looking for a place to go, Austin welcomes you.
