First Time Burner from San Francisco
First Time Burner from San Francisco
Hi guys, I just bought my first ticket to Burning Man 2006, but unfortunately, my friends aren't into BM so I was wondering if anyone would like to adopt a 21-year old Asian female to their group for this year's burning man? I'm laid back - a rock climber and yogi at heart. I promise I won't bite!

Look on the main Burning Man site for local Burner events. For example, there's some kind of event in April (volunteer thing or something). Anyway, go to that and see who you can meet. Maybe you'll meet some people who want more people in their camp; often, theme camps want new members and the'll advertise for them (on here or in person). You'll do fine. Just go to the local things and you'll meet people and from there figure out who you want to go with.sodiepop wrote:Hi guys, I just bought my first ticket to Burning Man 2006, but unfortunately, my friends aren't into BM so I was wondering if anyone would like to adopt a 21-year old Asian female to their group for this year's burning man? It's what you make it.
