Welcome to this year’s Green Festival Season! GZP is happy to announce our participation in these up coming High profile Green events and would love to have you as a part of our traveling Eco Green Village. GZP brings together the ‘best of’ Eco fashion, Home and Garden products, Green building, Holistic Health products and Education, Organic Food vendors, International Arts and Crafts, Renewable and Sustainable Energy alternatives, Socially Conscious Non Profits, and a wide array of musicians, performers, indigenous healers, and sacred artist. We combined the wisdom of our elders from all traditions and the gifts of modern green technology, in a celebration of earth friendly solutions to pressing environmental issues. Walk Against Rape (Saturday 4/25/09 in Dolores Park): This important cause begins with a sponsored walk from the Embarcadero to Dolores Park. GZP will co produce this all day celebration of positive affirmation featuring music, performance and our Eco Green Village. Carnaval 5/23 - 5/24 (Harrison Bet 17th – 24th) Hello and welcome to this year’s Green Village at SF Carnival [Zona Verde]. We are happy to announce that Zona Verde will be located in the heart of the festival, giving you optimum exposure to the expected 300,000 strong participants. We hope to fill a complete city block with everything earth friendly, fun, and sustainable. This two-day multi- cultural event celebrates the most spectacular traditions and brings together talented artists, performers, and crafts people from the bay area and beyond. Zona Verde will showcase a wide array of green fashion, earth friendly home and building products, renewable and sustainable energy alternatives, international arts and crafts, holistic health products, organic food and much more. MARIN COUNTY FAIR: 7/1 – 7/5 (Marin Civic Center): As part of this years ‘Cool Green Fun’ section GZP will be bringing together an array of interactive vendors, holistic healers, green inventors, green art projects and interactive arts and crafts, indigenous healing ceremonies, wacky circus performers, hoppers, cyclist, perm a cultural and anything green and fun YOU my have to offer. This fair is a blast; with over 200,000 participants and a star-studded musical line up- July 1st through the 5th Marin Center and Fair Grounds www.marinfair.org

40th Anniversary of Woodstock [Greenstock] TBD Late Sept (Golden Gate park): In collaboration with 2B1 productions [the people that have brought you the 40 anniversary of the Summer of Love] GZP will be creating what may be the largest EcoVillage in SF history. Our Green Zone will showcase all aspects of Green living and our solar stage will bring together New Hip Psychedelic Bands and well-known Eco/Green speakers. Woodstock west will celebrate The legends of rock ‘n’roll, with world renound recording artist from then and now - Dates to be announced [late sept] 80,000 expected Golden Gate Park



















Latino Green Living Summit (Nov 1st 2009, Marin Civic Center) - This high profile event will take place at the beautiful Marin center and fair grounds. Well known keynote speakers and celebrities will join major recording artist on our solar powered stage. Ongoing classes and interactive workshops on perm a culture, renewable energy alternatives, conservation, green jobs and green lifestyles will extend over two days and a wide array of fair trade and holistic health products will be available to the public. All vendor booths will feature bilingual representation and printed handouts. Other highlights include a Green Kids Zone, all day Drum Circle, and Dance and Exercise classes. GZP is proud to partner with the county of Marin and board supervisor Steve Kinsey, David Escobar and Roberto Hernandez [from SF Carnival] on this timely and wonderful event. Green Halloween: After brain storming on how to reward our many friends with a festival [for us]’ our staff came up with this event. Green Halloween will be a party for all people working in the green world. We invite vendors, nonprofits, green companies, city agencies, activist and the public to this Halloween Gala of music, dancing and ghoulish fun. Enjoy samples of organic beer and wine, yummy organic food and hundreds of green door prizes. Come as a string bean or a scary plastic bag monster: prizes for best costume; Lets throw ourselves a party this Halloween! Details to be announced
