But the film is much more than great statistics!! It's a reflection in the world we live in today, far beyond Burning Man. It's not a film to make you feel good about Burning Man, it's not a film made in the home movie style, it's a film that has so many parallels in our own lives, as a fight for an ideal and how it changes and evolves over a lifetime. Many parallels with the way our societies grow and go, and start again.

Dust & Illusions looks at 30 years of history of Burning Man all the way back to the late 1970s deep into the origins of the event. Through 21 interviewees the film presents the philosophies that fueled the creation of the festival, and its evolution from a small gathering of friends to the largest “counter-culturalâ€

Oliver, the lure of Atwater beer proved to be too overwhelming. I'm gonna have to trade in my Artist Village showing for the one at Theatre Bizarre. So sorry :wink:
