New England burn?

Anyone know of a burn close to or in New England?
(NY, CT, MA, RI, NH, ME, VT)
If not, would someone please start one!?
Or at least tell me how to start one?
What kind of initial investment woud it take?
Would you come?
I need more burns in my life!

It would be great to hear "Welcome home" a little closer to home too :)

New York's decompression is a big event, and Boston's decom was excellent this year. There's also Transformus in NC, which is a bit further away, but still closer than Nevada (although apparently not a regional)
