Actively seeking science project submissions!!!! Email:

[email protected]

...........Submission Deadline: April 2nd .............

Beer, brains and basic human compassion (suspended)!
Stange sounds sometimes called music!
Huge juicy brains!
Dorks with the confidence to boast in public!

Benefit for S.O.A.P. (Seattle Outsider Artist Project), a non-profit that believes in supporting art projects that would not other wise be able to get funding. Either because the people themselves are not technically artists, or because the art will exist in public spaces without the consent to the public (e.g. Gorilla art). We are also interested in throwing audience centric events, such as wrestling parties, science fairs, and full contact bingo.

Magilla Gorilla (Art) for sale

Post by robotland » Thu Apr 01, 2004 12:58 pm

Event: Mar. 6-31, 2004
Gorilla Art Show at White Ginger Gallery
in Los Gatos, California

On Saturday, March 6, the White Ginger Gallery in Los Gatos (Opera House Mall, 140 West Main Street) is holding a "gorilla art event" to benefit the Maui Ape Preserve from 11 am to 6 pm. The Gallery specializes in carrying Hawaiian art and craft items.

In addition to displaying (and offering for sale) the nine prints which
we have available as reproductions, the March 6 event will feature
photos of the gorillas by Dr. Ron Cohn and the two original paintings
done by Koko and Michael giving their impression of Hawaii.

Some staff and volunteers will also be on hand to answer people's questions about the gorillas and the Maui Ape Preserve.

From March 7 through the 31st, the prints and photos will remain on
display, and information about the Foundation will be available at the
Gallery. For directions to the Gallery, call (408)399-9156.

To purchase some of the amazing gorilla art prints by Koko and Michael on line, visit the gorilla art section of KokoMart.
