My application to join the Boston Burners list was rejected for the reason: not with that name. This is not good. Seriously not good.

The Boston burner group demands honesty in the name. If you try "AverageCock", you might have better luck. Apparently, if someone knows you, "average" may not even be accepted!

The name that you register with is what people see in their in boxes along with your real e-mail address. You can even use your real name when you register since it's not related back to eplaya. That should save any future embarressment over perceived misrepresentations.
