TRANSFORMUS! You asked for it; you got it!

"You asked for it; you got it, Toyota!!!"
No wait! Not Toyota!!! The accelerator is stuck and we are careening towards July and Transformus VII!

We hear that you are anxious to know something about tickets. We are in the process of finalizing arrangements with an outside ticket vendor, getting links and buttons and accounts all set up. Details will be forthcoming in the very near future about how to purchase tickets, on the announce list at www.transformus.com. If you are not on the announce only list, you need to be, as this will be the official source of information. Subsequent releases will happen on a variety of burner lists and Facebook and Tribe.

For now, we can tell you this:
The lease has been signed with Deerfields!! Transformus VII will be held Friday, July 16th through Monday,July 19th. ALL evidence of Transformus must be off the Mountain by Tuesday MORNING!!!
Tickets will be available in three rounds. Specific dates will be announced on the aforementioned announce list.
All invites sold will be $80. The increase of $5 is to cover an increase in our land usage fee.
Mysterians will be able to buy one or two tickets this year, as opposed to only one ticket last year.
There will be a cap of 1750 tickets available this year. To avoid hording of invites, we ask that there only be one order per ISP.
All sales are final, there are no refunds.
Also, look for an announcement about Ticket, Effigy and Temple Design Requests and a notice about Creativity Grants. The total monies allocated for Creativity, Effigy and Temple Designs for this year's event is $15,000. Our goal is to make more monies available for large scale art projects on the Mountain. Basically, the process is the same as last year, although the maximum amounts granted per artist will be increased this year. We are asking that grant requests not be for refurbishing art that has been funded in previous years.

The winter has been especially hard on Deerfields this year. Lots of snow, and the roads have paid the price. We are working to get a weekend date in late April or early May for a Town Hall Meeting. More details as soon as we know.

Don't hit the brakes!! Spring is in the air! Get those creative juices flowing, and let the planning begin!!

U R Transformus!!
