BORG2 Democratic art-making Q & A:

Q. What am I voting for?
A. You are voting for the opportunity for a few good candidates to become the 2005 BORG2 Art Council and Curator.

Q. What does the BORG2 matter to me?
A. The BORG2 matters to you, if Art matters. The BORG2 is going to provide the general public a whole team of like-minded individuals who's only goal for 2005 is to bring more art to you, with a Big-Fat red ribbon. The Art is going to be presented on the Playa of Black Rock City, Nevada the home of the infamous Burning Man event.

Q. How am I suppose to choose between the candidates?
A. You can visit the BORG2 Tribe for candidates at http://BattleBorgs.tribe.net You will find that there is an amazing group of people bidding for this opportunity to help you get more of what you want ART! But don't worry many candidates have swore their allegiance to the BORG2 and will continue to offer their assistants to the soon to be established BORG2 Art Council and Curator.

Q. I heard you guys where just a bunch of angry artists who want money and are anti-Burning Man?
A. -The BORG2 has matured -The BORG2 is inclusive of everyone who supports the art mandate -The BORG2 is very positive in its efforts to 'give' to the Burning Man community

Q. Wow! this does sound exciting, what can I do to help?

A. Make sure you get registered and vote Jan. 18th-19th (midnight). Also, join in on the planning discussions by going to http://BORG2.tribe.net and announce that you want to help the BORG2. But most importantly DONATE to the Art Fund that will help Artists that really do need money to ensure that they get their Art to you for more info visit http://www.borg2.org. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to vote on the artists you want to get the funding - this is BORG2 Democratic art-making at its best!

PARTY WITH THE BORG2 @ the ODEON January 19th.

3223 Mission Street http://www.odeonbar.com/

But don't think that the BORG2 is a bunch of up-tight worker bees that don't know how to have fun. WE ARE ALL ABOUT HAVING FUN! Come see for yourself at the Odeon Bar on January 19th everyone's favorite locale for fine liquors stored in their correct bottles. Watch the election results flow-in real time from overhead monitors. The Odeon will be done up like a political victory hall. We'll have patriotic music and fat guys dancing to the doobie brothers. We'll make Clinton proud of us. And, TheNetworkGirl may be able to drag a few 'Pep Gals' out for the evening to make sure every one gets a cheer and a beer!
