Share a 2BR/ 2BA, 2 car private garage (tons of storage for playa gear!) garden level apt. in the heart of Brentwood. You would have your own bedroom and bathroom. The apt has lots of light, full kitchen w/stove, fridge, oven and dishwasher. Walking distance (more like throwing distance) to tons of cafes, coffee shops, video store, cleaners, Whole Foods, bookstore, banks, Coldstone and what ever else you can find (Barrington/San Vicente). Close to 405/10 FWY. Tom, your future roommate, is a very easy going guy, veteran burner, 3rd grade teacher and working musician.

He is looking for another easy going burner to move as soon as April 17th. The rent is $620 + $650 deposit (deposit is approx. but I need to double check with landlord b/c it may be more now). The owners are very responsive to any maintenance needs. This apt. has been great! The only reason I am offering it up is because I am moving in to another phase of my life and going to be sharing space with my vixen!
