Free place to stay near the beach in Los Angeles

Ola Burners,

I am planning to leave the U.S. for travel and want someone to stay at my one bedroom one bath house in Santa Monica Ca. ( real nice place)
Quite and safe. Walking distance to beach ( Santa Monica and Venice)
I would really like to let someone from Europe to stay here.
It would be for about a two month long stay (open to time) but sometime this summer or early fall.
All utilities and use of my computer w/ cable internet and TV is free....
Only thing that is requested is to take care of my vary friendly dog that is a real easy good dog.
