Fish Out of Water is coming back to TTITD for 2026. In 2014, 2015, and 2016, we brought Bacon Tamales. This year we are going to serve something different. I am working on a recipe that is reminiscent of boudin, but uses bread stuffing as a base, instead of rice. More experimentation to follow...

It doesn’t look like I can get un-buried from work and projects enough to make it again this year… I’m not entirely giving up yet though.
