30 people is too many for a small group like yours to be expected to cook and feed.

Not sure how you ended up getting corralled into such a situation but it sounds like you're being set up to fail.

But you didn't ask for my opinion on that front.

PM me and I'll send you collected recipes and tips garnered from more than a few years of going o the event and cooking for more than a few people.

Go out and buy four large pizzas. Or five if you are camping with a bunch of fat people. When dinner time rolls around, stick them in your microwave (or somebody who has an RV, their microwave) and what-do-you-know, food for 30. Everybody loves pizza. Throw in some beer, and you're a friggin hero.

i am going to be fixing corned beef hash for 25 so my plan cutting up the 25 potatoes and 3 onions a ahead of time and using a foodsaver then with my 5 cans corned beef will be a fast set up
