I'm bringing plenty of coffee! Tamarakay understands my secret twin language... something handy when vacationing around so many bars. plus I make it a point to have coffee for anyone who takes a disassembled pair of party glasses, with blinky l.e.d.s and puts them back together, and rewires them into some kind of headwear. C.f.M. will drink my coffee this year if she knows what's good for her. (never understood how that phrase was developed. as a threat? as a healthy prescription?)ygmir wrote:and sought after, by so manyC.f.M. wrote:It's true, I'm bought and paid for.tamarakay wrote: hey! backOFF. i have had dibs on Elorrum since time began. y'know......that sort of brought a tear to my eye. Not sure why.
Young men, in a crappy place, in danger. Being funny, trying to make the best of it and all.
Doing their job, with honor.
I guess, a tear of pride, for humans who can be like that
A tear of hope, that they stay safe,
Good on ya, men.....

Ok, I've revised it again but just slightly. I'm pretty happy, this is going to work great.
Last year, for the first time I brought a case of Illy mini cans of cappuccino or something. They were great and easy and I wished I'd done it years earlier.
This year I want to do something similar but cheaper and without the can waste.
I got a cheap, 6-cup (that's 6 espresso cups, not 6 measuring cups) stove-top espresso maker. I brew a batch, add 2t of vanilla extract and 4T of sugar. More sugar than I would use in a hot drink, but that's the way it works for cold coffee.
I put it in a small Naked juice bottle and freeze it solid. It's the perfect amount for 3 double-shot drinks per day and the Naked bottles are the perfect size and are square so they stack great.
Because it's ice that you consume, it keeps the cooler cool and clean.
Just mix with milk or soy over some ice and enjoy.

Turns out that coffee is a mind-altering substance that might induce you to make bad hair choices.
