The kwik powder is great! It's like *bucks VIA coffee packets.
They sent me a few samples with my order.
I think it was supposed to be one packet to 8oz water.
I put 2 in mine.

With my bulk kava root I use 1/4 cup to the pint. It's small grind powder, if a bit fibrous.
Steep for an hour and drink without straining.
After a while you actually get to liking the taste.

The only warning with Kava is don't combine high amounts of Kava with high amounts of alcohol. All the research and experimenting I've done is that this combination beats up on your liver.

Outside of that, it's a nice light buzz. Similar to Kratom.
