Burritos. . .mmm
My boyfriend made the biggest 7-layer bean dip ever a couple days before we left for BMan. He rolled the bean dip into about 30 burritos. Added cooked chicken to about half of them (so our veggie friends could enjoy too), then indiviully wrapped in foil and froze them. They defrosted by about the 2nd day of BMan, then all we had to do was throw one or two on the grill for five minutes and VOILA! Easier than boiling water and a better tasting meal than any just add water item. Don't forget the cholula!

Don't think so...
I buy frozen guac all the time. It tastes just fine. You have to slow defrost it; you don't want the outerrim turn brown before the inside defrosts.Badger wrote:No. The person who figures out how to do it will be in line for a Noble Prize.can you freeze guacamole
