It's not exactly chips, but the Korean and Japanese cultures both seem to enjoy salted, dried seaweed in thin wafer form. You can find bulk and snack-size packages in many "Asian markets" here in the US. I think some of them have just a bit of sesame oil on them, too. Yum!
When he lights his streetlamp, it is as if he brought one more star to life, or one flower.
