Greetings to BRC citizens,

If you are looking for refreshing, healthy, and high fiber vegan drinks and smoothies, I have created a long list of recipes. In the link below you can also find information on cleansing the bowel.

Samples recipes:

Super green vegan ice cream: an ice cream that is good for you. Use a commercial grade blender to liquefy the following: 3 ripe bananas, 5 green kale leaves (or Russian kale, or Dino kale), a small piece of ginger (add to taste). 8-10 ice cubes. Pour into Tupperware or wide-mouth jar. Freeze. Optional: add to the ingredients: 1 cup of soaked almonds.

High calorie (good fat) avocado drink: Use a commercial grade blender to liquefy the following: 2 avocados, 1 cucumber, 1 pear, a twist of lime, and 4 ice cubes. Pour into small plastic water bottles (16.9 fl oz or 500 ml) and freeze.

Salad smoothie: Use a commercial grade blender to liquefy the following: 5 leaves of kale, half a lemon without skin, 2-3 apples, 1 tea spoon of sea salt, one small carrot, one small red bell pepper, and 6 ice cubes. Pour into small plastic water bottles (16.9 fl oz or 500 ml) and freeze.

High protein vegan humus: Use a commercial grade blender to liquefy the following: 1 apple, 1 lemon, 1 cup sprouted or soaked sun flower seeds, 1 cup of soaked almonds, 1 tsp sea salt, half an onion, a few pieces of garlic, a small bunch of Italian parsley, and 4 ice cubes. Variations: instead of parsley, use fresh basil, or fresh cilantro. Keep refrigerated. Good for 5 days.
