Utterly awesome reply - THANK YOU!!!!! I'm now ditching any plan to do anythign in SF other than catch up with friends and see as much as I can in the time I have there. Awesome - I've also solved a couple of other issues now i've got a confirmed space with a theme camp. So basically - i'm good to go pretty much.

HUGE thank you for the input on this thread folks - (especially you FeistyMichelle and you Trilobyte) - hope it proves useful for others too.
No worries!! Reno is a Burner city, and the local businesses spend the entire year stocking up for Burning Man. I'm from the Bay Area, and I gotta say that it's really nice to have everything so easily accessible. I forgot to mention Art Dogs, also in Midtown. They're a head shop with a nice selection of papers, etc., and they also have clothing and BM supplies. They are blocks from The Melting Pot. Also, we have a nice Co Op nearby as well. Oh, and also Harbor Freight is also right in the Whole Foods/Trader Joe's vicinity.

I love Twin Cities for hats and bandanas!

Congrats on your theme camp!! And have fun with your friends in the Bay, if you have any other questions about Reno feel free to holler!! See you in the dust!
