Hello darlings - need help from you beautiful burning souls <3

Looking to buy a container with the following specs:

20’ steel shipping container (20’ x 8’ x 8.5’).
Must be above Grade C quality and weathertight.
Exterior doors and walls are painted an acceptable sand tan color only. The roof must be painted either white or tan. No artwork or other colors. Paint must not be peeling.
