Building a Kitchen

Hello All,

Need some good advise on building a simple but very functional kitchen. Our camp is 40 people (it grew 3x from last year) and we decided to do communal dinners. Many people in our camp are first timers, so we want to have the community component.. On the other hand I have never fed that many people and a bit :shock: (scared)... so any and as much help that you can provide on what exactly should be in the kitchen and how much of it, how to assemble it best, grey water evaporation ideas, etc would be greatly appreciated!
