You probably won't find them in regular hardware stores. They are a specialty
size that usually need to be ordered. Check the 'lag screws vs everything else'
thread for a link.

Try a store named Fastenal. They seem to have a store or 3 in every city. Kind of an industrial supply place. Google, then phone tomorrow morning.
You can apply any terms to any situation to rationalize bias or perspective.
