What's the current drop from your LEDs? Maybe the driver can't sustain the desired output power and shuts down, then charges back up, and then drops again, and so on and so forth.

Or maybe the input power source isn't sufficient ?

Hi, need help with the measurement of the average drop from LEDs. I need to describe the process and write my essay today about LEDs with external drivers.
Hello,
You may find the answers on the 1000bulbs blog. Read "Current Underdriving and Overdriving for LEDs" by Will Parsons.
