Madrix Pixel Mapping Experience

Post by bobsicle » Wed May 15, 2013 9:54 am

We are bringing in a Mutant Vehicle that will have 4000 WS2811 RGB LEDs controlled by SanDevices Controllers and Driven by Madrix.

I have my controllers set up, my universes and channels under control from the controller end... and just digging into the Madrix software.

Would ove to find a user of the software to help me wrap my head around Madrix pixel mapping onto a non-square shape. (in our case, a 20 foot diameter circle with a few gaps in it for structural support).

Many thanks to anyone who has dug into the complexities of this software.

I have only heard of the Matrix and I'm pretty sure you're not inquiring on how to leap from buildings... so no help from me.

However; your mutant vehicle sounds totally awesome! I hope you find someone who can help you out.

See you on the Playa ^_^
Waffles taste better slightly burned...
