Hehe yes it is yours! And a damned fine mask in any dust storm! The filters are a pain in the ass to install, and have a service life, so I'm not surprised they didn't use them..MisaBlue wrote:ha ha ha .. it reminds me our Chemical attack trainings in school with this mask...we had, twice a year, training how to get those on properly and also how to clean it, and once a year we went outside the school and had to wear raincoat, put the mask on and put plastic bags on our feet and hands and than march for few minutes...after that we had to put down all the plastic bags, raincoat and mask without touching the outside side (which could be exposed to chemicals)....so funny now...and the best part is, that our masks we had in school, did not have any filters in it... :D
pair of cheap goggles recommendation

I should have mentioned...night accessories. Just the mask works fine during the day, especially in 10hr. Dust storms....though I need to bring extra filters this year.BurNER4life wrote:Anyone who wears one of those is a trooper. Oh! Mine has a drinking tube.

Got these at US Calvery for like 20-25 - anti-fog both sides; filtered vents; where can you go wrong?

I read the reviews after buying and saw how everyone had complained about crazy fogging up. No way. Canceled my order. Went with these instead. Even cheaper, anti-fog, and the brand/style has been playa proven. $14 shipped:

Don't get cheap googles - go to a ski shop and buy a closeout or last years googles - will be way better than the inexpensive kind. Your eyes are important.

Token, I do hope you grace us at the eplaya MnG, resplendent in your stylish googles, mask, and jock strap designed appropriately for the new MetropolisToken wrote:I don't know about all the cheap fucks in this world, but here are some desert pearls of wisdom:
After decades of research, I have come to realize that certain things in life are more important to me than others.
When in a desolate wasteland, I like to take care and protect that which matters most: my lungs, my eyes and my nuts.
If anything else gets compromised, I will likely be able to deal with the situation.
If my lungs, eyes or nutts get fucked up ... Well there is an existential dillema there.
So, why the fuck anyone would want a pair of cheap protective items for lungs, eyes or nuts, is , ... well ... Just fucking crazy!
Excuse me Ma'am, your going to feel a small prick.
