Glow-in-the-dark adhesive?

Hi all:

I've designed a fire-breathing dragon and I want to attach it to my body as (part of) my costume. I was thinking it would be great to get it printed onto a sheet of glow-in-the-dark adhesive so I can just stick it to my body like a bumper sticker and people will still be able to see it at night.

Anyway, I'd love some advice for where I can find body-safe glow-in-the-dark adhesive. Most of the websites I've visited seem to be geared towards industrial glow-in-the-dark signage and I can't imagine trying to peel something with industrial strength adhesive off at the end of the day. Also, lots of places advertise glow-in-the-dark star stickers, but I'm specifically looking for a sheet of glow-in-the-dark vinyl with a sticky backing so I can do my own design. Any ideas?

I've never seen chemical-based glow-in-the-dark stuff that has even remotely impressed me. I HAVE seen highly REFLECTIVE stuff of many kinds that might work, and you can find some variations at your local Pep Boys or similar. Otherwise, perhaps outlining the dragon with EL wire.
