Mixing and mashing every musical genre, era, and style into one big dance party, it's the soundtrack for the A.D.D. generation -- with free mashup CDs given away like candy!

Launched in 2003 in San Francisco, Bootie was the first club night dedicated solely to the burgeoning artform of the bootleg mashup, and is now the biggest mashup event in the world, with regular parties in several cities on four continents. Bootie BRC is presented in part by the BRC Weekly, Black Rock City's independent newsweekly.

I am so fucking excited for this. it is my one planned LSC music freakout this year. Fuck the rest I just want the best. One song is not enough when you can have 2....or 3...or 4.....Been listening to Bootie all year, I live in the country so all I get is headphone versions. Cannot wait for dance floor reality. I havent rocked Bootie style since Fandango camp 2006. Long overdue. Fuggin shweet, thanks Root Society!
