Since the cat's peaking out of the bag... smart move bringing dud(flat, mel) batteries to switch on blackout megaphoners.

Blue Moons, anyone?

Post by MyDearFriend » Tue Jan 31, 2012 4:34 pm

HA, well, Token has informed us that we'll have a full moon rising in time for the Meet & Greet this year, and Espressodude has noted that it will be the second full moon of the month, and thus the proverbial Blue Moon.

I believe illy dilly would like to bring Blue Moon Belgian White, have I read that right my dear?

I would like to make some blue moons, using a butt-sized stamp pad soaked in blue ink. Any eplayans be up for that, you think?

I could see much giggle and merriment, if instead of spray or roller, several small, dainty paint brushes were used to apply said colorant, even in varying shades and or artistic impressions.....imagine the sensations of a hundred butterflies, landing on your bare ass..............some may enjoy it, more than others. bring a towel.

Gunna have to bring a crank powered one apparently....though that requires some sort of coordination.

I have four videos from the 2011 M&G, total running time about 3 minutes. Includes the set-up about 1/2 hour before people start to really show up. Shown fairly prominently are: me, Figjam, Ygmir, Fishy, Savannah, Fufa, MyDearFriend, Graidawg, and a whole lot of other people whose names escape me. If you would like to have these videos emailed to you, just PM me with your email address (or if you know my personal email address you can send your request there as well) I will have them off to you in a day or so. They are safe for work.

Yah. Now just to keep the mint in good enough condition to get it into icecubes on the Thursday. I can see some minty experiments being conducted in my kitchen are going to have to occur

Has anyone tried the "breath-able" green vegetable bags on the playa with much success? The good ones cost about $2 each. They work great in my fridge at home.

It's going to be a challenge...I'm up for it...Perhaps a live plant (or many) might work better??

OK. We will have a fridge in an RV. This might work. I will beg some use of some space. Then just make some ice cubes out of mint. We can have awesome ginger beer and minty drinks and also some mojitos. Tasty times ahead.

That really doesn't sound like a good idea moonrise. You should probably use a large bandana or a regular dust mask...

Heh heh, and I was just saying how the dry winter we're having would warrant bringing a boat load of extra dust mask protection (for da piehole). That would do it, but I'd rather not become a vegetable just yet.

Are we each supposed to wear 35 name tags? Coz that could get really confusing.
