Yay, I'm so glad Jax will be both at the burn AND at BDC! Sooo many people to get to know and hang out with, wheee!

As far as what I'm bringing for the M&G I have no flipping idea. It will probably be something very simple as I don't know right now how my grocery/food storage situation will be at that time. I'll bring SOMETHING, I just dunno what.

I will probably bring a bottle of gin and some almond stuffed olives.

I am really starting to re-think about bringing eels. Spiced eels. From Korea. I also have squid jerky. And, some unidentified Korean fish jerky. What I AM looking forward to is some quail eggs....nummy!

Re-thinking about NOT bringing it or bringing it? I'd love to have some, but watch out for the MSG...it gets put in a lot of those products...I had to do some searching to get the non-MSG Kim Chi.

I was not going to bring any, but have been thinking about bringing some. I just checked the package....yes on the MSG, and one eel is close to 1000 calories. I eat anything, and never have paid any attention to MSG or any of the other stuff. I just eat it. The squid jerky and the fish jerky have no MSG. The squid jerky also has "no beaks, nor eyeballs".

What's the use of a squid without a beak or eyeballs?

Sounds like they've squidded it again. ;)

Since I have enough time (I think) I'll try to make a batch of my fermented 151 Brownies... Haven't done those since 2007.

Last month I read a news article which I think may explain why they try not to include beaks....
I'm just going to put this right here...

Bwahahahahahaha, the snark will be concentrated and turbo-charged for use as a weapon against any non-ePlayan interlopers who get near the food.

Maybe.

I am not signed up as Bouncer, so I dunno. In fact I am not signed up for ANYTHING this year, hahahahahahahahaha, I get to flit about socializing freely and spraying people's butts blue.

We may have to direct you to specific individuals with really stupid, baiting questions if you really insist on trying to collect some snark. But no promises. (They may be tipsy and sentimental like everyone else.)*

However, if we get along like a house afire, I'll be happy to tell you "You're ugly, & your mother dresses you funny!" just for your own illicit kicks.

I'm not new to eplaya but never considered going to the meet and greet before. I am well versed in meeting internet buddies and Snarky the Butthead poetry. This is my last Burn for awhile so I really want to do some new stuff and meet new people. What am I doing for the meet and greet? Who knows, maybe you.
