Burning Man and the roads leading to it reopen 6 am.
Not exactly clear if you're allowed up highway 447 during the night, but as it says "roads", not "road" for Gate Road on the playa, I'd assume you have to wait until 6:00 a.m. before you're allowed up 447 where they were restricting traffic to locals.
So I'd read this as you are allowed onto the playa or the highways to Gerlach at 6 am.
This would give them time to process those continuing from Pyramid Lake or wherever they're currently stopped, instead of having all the roads dangerously fill up overnight and have a huge jam on the playa.

No rain forecast between now and this coming Sunday. But before heading out in the morning, check the weather forecast to see if those scattered thunderstorms that were expected, but are no longer expected, might have been put back into the forecast for Gerlach. Then check the weather radar. You don't want to end up caught on Gate Road like those that were caught there on Monday...

And they're OPEN.
Burning Man Traffic wrote:BM gate & all roads to BM are open as of 6 AM. Wadsworth to 8 Mile entrance running at 1:42. No backup at gate.
As of 6:20am, no rain forecast through to Monday.
Radar showed a tiny patch of light rain North of Gerlach. Nothing shown upwind of the playa.
your results may vary... but so far, so good

North of Fernley on 447: no rush, drive carefully, no speeding, no passing, and please turn your vehicle headlights on for safety for your drive through the communities.
