First timer in a wheelchair

Post by Famous » Fri Jan 06, 2006 4:40 pm

Hi, there. I will be attending my first Burning Man this year and am very excited. However, I am wheelchair-bound.

Now I've done some research and stuff like that, so I know what to expect. But I would just like to know if there are any others out there like myself that have gone before. Because reading tips from the site and hearing it from someone who actually knows what it's like is a bit different.

Thanks.

There's no 'however, -Famous. Here are some links:

The playa is _generally_ more accessible and friendly than towns, and the _people_ certainly are.
... so I know what to expect.
:-> No, you don't. But you'll learn.
