Water fill

I have built a mister to share with those walking by my van in the heat of the day. It's attached to a 55gal tank (to be filled with water). Now I want to fill it at the last moment so I'm not hauling all that weight from Seattle. And as it turns out I'm going to BRC via Utah for family reasons.

So...coming from northern Utah (I assume via Wendover) where would a good place to be in Nevada to fill up? It loads from a garden hose. I guess there would be water at tralor parks I could attach to.

Any advice out there for me?
