Going Dutch on traveling expenses

Postby michazonders » Sun Mar 04, 2012 9:27 am

Hi 2 dutch cool people want to go dutch on the traveling costs.
We are looking for where to fly to now, so if we find some traveling mates, we can team up and rock Black Rock City.

My name is micha de haan (http://www.artistballoon.com) and my objective is to launch my Electric balloon art this year at BM.

Welcome to Eplaya!!

Where exactly are you flying into?? (Reno, San Francisco, Las Vegas, LA, Calgary??)

As it gets a little closer to Burning Man there will be a Ride Share forum set up on the Burning Man site. I believe there may be a few rideshare threads going on eplaya (try googling "eplaya rideshare 2012")...

Have you read the survival guide? http://www.burningman.com/preparation/event_survival/

I like your balloon art :) Please ensure that you have a good anchoring plan - the playa can have wind gusts of 100Km at times, whirlwinds of even higher. Plan for the worst, hope for the best and it will work out.

Perhaps I'll see ya on the playa!
Love Rice
