Best time to leave for flight Sunday 12:25PM

Hi

I have a flight leaving on Sunday Sept. 1, 2013 at 12:25PM from the Reno airport.

What time would be the most ideal time to leave? (as in I won't be cutting it close enough to think about dropping a fortune on a changed flight)?

I was thinking about getting the Burner Express day of at 6AM or try to catch a ride with people-- suggestions on when to catch a ride with someone if I go that route or suggestions in general?

Assuming you want to see the Man Burn -- ten seconds after that, yes. But... as I have mentioned around here before.... All it takes is one narsty crash on hwy 447, and you may still not make your flight.

There has been a strange-and-unfortunate change at BM in the last couple years. Last year, lots of participants tore down and packed up on Sunday. Seems to me, this wastes a whole day that ought to be enjoyed as a full-fledged BM day.

I suppose it is the need to show up for gainful employment on Sept 3. But I say... The American Way is doing it wrong. We have only a precious few days a year to take advantage of this spectacular opportunity that is Burning Man. Volunteer to work on Christmas. Whatever it takes.
